We are a local specialist offering bio-based asphalt shingle rejuvenation in Lancaster County and nearby Pennsylvania. Rejuvenation is all we do.

Using this website

The information on this site is provided in good faith for general educational purposes. Pricing ranges, timelines, and roof-life figures are typical examples, not promises about your specific roof. Nothing on this site is a binding quote. The only binding terms are the ones in a written contract you sign with us after an inspection.

Free inspections and quotes

Our roof inspections and written estimates are free and carry no obligation. If we inspect your roof and find that replacement or a repair is the smarter choice, we'll tell you plainly — we would rather lose a treatment than sell you one you don't need.

Written contracts

Any work we perform is governed by a written contract that you sign before work begins. Consistent with Pennsylvania law, that contract will include a clear description of the work to be done, the materials to be used, the approximate start and completion dates, the total contract price, and the deposit terms. You'll get a signed copy for your records.

Pennsylvania consumer protections (HICPA)

Home improvement contractors in Pennsylvania are regulated under the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act (HICPA). Here's what that means for you:

• Contractor registration. We are registered with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Home Improvement Contractor, #T003761.
• You can verify us. You may confirm any Pennsylvania contractor's registration, or ask questions about your rights, by calling the PA Bureau of Consumer Protection at 1-888-520-6680.
• 3-business-day right of rescission. You have the right to cancel a home improvement contract within three (3) business days after signing it, without penalty and without giving a reason. To cancel, notify us in writing within that window. Any deposit you paid will be returned to you.
• What your contract must contain. Your written contract will state the work description, materials, approximate start and completion dates, the total price, and the deposit terms, as noted above.

Claims disclaimer

We try hard to describe rejuvenation honestly. Here's the plain truth behind our statements:

• Our statements about restored flexibility and added service life are based on independent ASTM lab testing (by PRI Construction Materials Technologies) and on our own 5-year transferable warranty — not on a guarantee about your particular roof.
• Results vary by roof. Shingle brand, age, condition, ventilation, sun exposure, and past maintenance all affect the outcome. Lab testing measured shingle properties in a controlled setting; it did not measure the exact number of added years any individual roof will get.
• Rejuvenation is restoration, not repair. It does not fix leaks, flashing problems, or missing or cracked shingles, and it cannot rescue a roof that has already failed. Those issues need repair or replacement, and we'll say so if we see them.

Warranty

Treatments we perform are backed by our own 5-year transferable warranty, described in full on our warranty page. Our treatment penetrates the shingle rather than coating it. Because most manufacturer shingle warranties are limited and prorated by age, we recommend confirming your specific manufacturer's terms; we do not claim to override them.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit, are set out in your written contract. We do not ask for payment through this website.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to services is limited to the terms of the written contract and our warranty. This does not limit any rights you have under Pennsylvania consumer protection law, including HICPA.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Your signed written contract always governs the specific work we do for you.
