We only collect the information you give us so we can respond about your roof. We don't sell your data, we don't share it for advertising, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing [email protected].
What our contact form collects
When you fill out our contact or inspection form, we ask for:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your town
- Your roof's approximate age
- A short message describing what you need
That's it. We ask for these so we can understand your roof and get back to you with a useful answer. You don't have to fill in every field — but the more you tell us, the better we can help.
How we use your information
We use what you submit for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if you'd like, to schedule and perform a free inspection. If you become a customer, we keep enough information to honor your warranty and follow up on service.
Text messages and SMS consent
If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted by text, we use SMS only to respond about your specific inquiry — for example, confirming an appointment or answering a question you asked. We do not send marketing blasts, and we don't share your number with anyone for their marketing. You can tell us to stop texting at any time and we will.
We don't sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We don't hand it to data brokers or advertisers. The only people who see it are the folks at Roof Rejuvenate Lancaster who need it to help you, and the service providers that run our website and email on our behalf (who are only allowed to use it to provide those services to us).

We use privacy-friendly website analytics to understand roughly how many people visit and which pages are useful. This does not involve invasive cross-site tracking or selling your browsing history. We're interested in whether a page is helpful — not in following you around the internet.
