We commit to 5 years per treatment because that's what we warranty. Not a longer number no field study has proven.

How long does one treatment last?

Five years per treatment, and that's backed by our 5-year transferable warranty. A single treatment restores the flexibility your shingles have lost and helps hold granules in place, so the roof behaves more like a newer one for that window. When you re-treat before the shingles dry back out, you restore that flexibility again.

How long over the life of the roof?

With periodic re-treatment, many asphalt roofs gain 10–15 years of added service life. How often should it be reapplied?

Since each treatment is warrantied for 5 years, a common cadence is to re-treat roughly every 5 years while the roof remains sound. We don't just re-spray on a timer, though. We re-inspect before any re-treatment to confirm your roof is still a good candidate and time it to your actual shingles, not a fixed calendar.

Does re-treatment work forever?

No. And we won't pretend otherwise. Re-treatment extends the life of a roof that's still structurally sound, but every asphalt roof eventually reaches the end of its life and needs replacement. Rejuvenation delays that point for aging-but-intact roofs; it can't make a roof last indefinitely, and it won't fix leaks, flashing, or missing shingles.
